摘　　要：目的 分析葡萄糖调节蛋白78（GRP78）在膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）组织中的表达及其与肿瘤进展的关系.方法 采用免疫组化方法分析37例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中GRP78的表达,并结合随访资料分析GRP78表达强度与肿瘤进展的关系.结果 GRP78在浸润性膀胱癌组织中的表达明显上调,但不同病理分级肿瘤组织中表达并无差异.GRP78高表达的患者无进展生存时间（PFS）明显下降,多因素分析显示GRP78是判断患者预后的独立预测因子.结论 GRP78可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌患者预后的重要标志物.Objective To investigate the expression of glucose-regulated protein 78kD（GRP78） in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（BTCC） and their relations with the progress of BTCC. Methods Immunochemical method was used to detect expression of GRP78 in 37 cases of BTCC,and the relation between GRP78 expression and progress of BTCC was analyzed by using the follow-up data. Results The expression of GRP78 was up-regulated in the invasive bladder cancer while there was no significant differ- ence in GRP78 expression among different pathological grades. Furthermore, the progress free survival （PFS） of the patients with higher GRP78 expression was significantly decreased. Multivariate survival anal- ysis showed that expression of GRP78 could be used as an independent prognostic factor for PFS. Conclu- sion GRP78 could be used as a critical prognostic marker for BTCC.
