癫痫患儿行为障碍及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨癫痫患儿注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）、抽动障碍、学习障碍、运动及精神发育障碍等行为异常，分析相关影响因素对患儿生活质量的影响。方法：针对我院2010年6月至2013年4月以来95名2-16岁不同发作类型癫痫患儿（癫痫组）及同时期入院的呼吸道感染患儿（对照组）95名，采用conners行为问卷方式进行评估，观察患儿行为发育状况及其影响因素。 结果：①癫痫组患儿在品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑等6个因子得分均显著低于对照组（p〈0.05）②影响行为障碍的因素与患儿家庭类型、患病持续时间、发作严重程度的对照， 值分别为：42.0，20.09 ，33.69（ =2），p〈0.05差异有统计学意义.讨论： 癫痫患儿行为发育存在多种异常表现，其心理及行为状况与家庭类型、患病持续时间、发作严重程度有密切关联，临床中医师在积极控制痫样发作的同时，采用心理支持、行为矫正等方式干预也是一门必修的功课。Objective To explore the behavior abnormal of epileptic children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）、tic disorders、 learning disorders、exercise and mental developmental disorders,Related the factors on the quality of life of children.Methods Selected different types of epileptic childrens since June 2010 to April 2013, 95-year-old 2-16 in our hospital （Epilepsy group） and 95 hospitalized childrens with respiratory tract infections during the same period （control group）.Conners Child Behavior Cheeklist were used to assess the situation of children with behavioral development. Results ①The epilepsy group of children in the six factor which contains conduct problems, learning problems, psychosomatic disorders, impulsivity - hyperactivity, anxiety,scores were significantly lower than the control group, （p〈0.05）②The main effect factors of behavioral disorders were type of family, duration of disease, severity of illness. Compared the two sets, were： 42.0,20.09,33.69 （ =2）, p〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Behavioral development of children with epilepsy have a variety of abnormalities. It is closely related to the type of family, duration of disease, severity of illness.dociors use Psychological support, Behavior modification, etc when they control seizures ,this is also a compulsory homework in clinical.
