摘 要:目的初步探讨医院高年资护士从事远程护理的意愿及其促进或阻碍因素,为远程护士的发展和培养提供依据。方法2012年1-6月,采用便利抽样法选取来自北京、上海、天津、新疆、湖南、四川、浙江、辽宁、广东、山东等地17所医院的850名护士进行调查,采用内容分析法对文本资料进行比较、归类。结果 50.7%(308/607)的护士表示若有机会,愿意从事远程护理工作,其中(41.0%)249/607的护士描述了关于促进或阻碍其从事远程护理工作的因素。以护理角色转换理论为指导,可将相关因素归类为"护士个人因素"、"人际与组织因素"以及与角色期待有关的"远程护理效用"和"远程护理存在的问题"。结论远程护理虽是未来发展的趋势,但存在诸多因素影响医院高年资护士从事远程护理的意愿。Objective To explore the senior nurses' willingness of telenursing and the factors which would promote or hinder their engagement,and to provide basis for the training of telenurses.Methods By convenience sampling,totally 850 nurses in 17 hospitals were selected,and to compare and classify the content by using content analysis.Results 50.7%(308/607) nurses said that if there is chance,they would like to engage in telenursing,and 41.0%(249/607) of them expounded the factors that would promote or hinder the engagement.In the guidance of role formation and transition framework,the factors can be classified in "Individual factors","Interpersonal/Organizational factors","Effectiveness of telenursing" and "Problems of telenursing".Conclusion Although telenursing is a trend in the future,there are still many factors affecting senior nurses' willingness of telenursing.
