紫景天原位凝胶治疗青少年青春期龈炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察紫景天原位凝胶剂治疗青春期龈炎的效果。方法:将60例青春期龈炎患者随机分成实验组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组各20例,分别用紫景天原位凝胶、碘甘油及生理盐水治疗,检测并比较治疗前后各组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数的变化。结果:治疗后7天,实验组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数较治疗前均有降低,其中实验组降低最多,阴性对照组降低最少。实验组及阳性对照组治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴性对照组治疗前、后各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组与阳性对照组、实验组与阴性对照组、阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫景天原位凝胶剂对青春期龈炎有明显治疗作用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of violet orpine in situ gel in treatment of puberty gingivitis. Methods： Sixty patients with puberty gingivitis were randomly divided into experimental group, positive control group, and negative control group, 20 patients in each group. The patients in the three groups were respectively treated with violet orpine in situ gel, iodine glycerol, and normal saline. The changes of gingival indexes, plaque indexes, and bleeding indexes in the three groups were detected and compared before and after treatment. Results： At 7 days after therapy, the gingival indexes, plaque indexes, bleeding indexes in experimental group, positive control group and negative control group were lower than those before treatment. The experimental group reduced the most, the negative control group reduced the least. The difference between before and after treatment had statistical significance in experimental group and positive control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the negative control group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） . After treatment, there was statistically significant difference among the three groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Violet orpine in situ gel has obvious therapeutic effect on puberty gingivitis.
