摘 要:资源外取战略强调各具优势的企业联合起来 ,相互支持 ,相互补充 ,该战略不仅可以使企业获得经营活动所必需的资源和扩展生存空间 ,而且能够在经营活动中强化独特的生存能力。本文试图构建资源外取战略的框架和依据 ,不仅在决定进行资源外取时要经过深思熟虑 ,在具体实践阶段更需要进行周密的策划和控制。因此 ,本文尝试对资源外取战略的具体实施措施做出分析 ,力求圆满地协调经济性、控制力、灵活性、组织能力培养等战略利益的关系。Outsourcing Strategy emphasizes that the enterprises should ally its own advantages, support and supplement each other. This strategy not only can make enterprises acquire the material for operation and expand business scope, it emphasize their special survival ability during their operations as well. This paper tries to establish the framework and foundation of Outsourcing Strategy. Outsourcing decision-making needs comprehensive plan and control during the period of specific practice. Furthermore, this paper thoroughly analyzes the specific steps to carry out Outsourcing Strategy with the purpose to coordinate the relations with strategic benefits such as efficiency of the economy, control of business process, flexibility of business activities, and cultivation of organizational abilities.
