摘　　要：目的：探讨经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法：将90例脑卒中患者随机分为研究组（50例）和对照组（40例），所有患者均进行常规治疗，并早期行功能锻炼，研究组则在此基础上采用经颅直流电刺激治疗，观察两组患者肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果：治疗后，研究组的FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：经颅直流电刺激能有效促进脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复。Objective：To investigate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on motor function of stroke patients recovering. Methods：90 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into study group （50 cases） and control group （40 cases）, all the patients received conventional treat-ment and early functional exercise, based on which study group treated with transcranial direct current stimulation, to observe the improvement in ex-tremity motor function and action capacity of daily living between the two groups. Results：After the treatment, FMA score and Barthel index of study group were both higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Transcranial direct current stimulation can effectively accelerate the motor function of stroke patients recovering.
