摘　　要：本文从腭裂术后语音评价、干预时机的选择以及语音训练方法等3个方面对当前我国的腭裂术后语音训练情况进行了深入的分析,指出目前国内外治疗水平的差距以及影响其进一步发展的因素。提出当前我国腭裂治疗中的主要任务和探索适合我国国情的治疗模式,这对于我国唇腭裂治疗水平的提升具有十分重要的意义。In this review, current situation of China＇s cleft palate speech training is deeply analyzed from three aspects, including cleft palate speech evaluation, timing of intervention, and method of speech training. It is pointed out that the gap between the current level of treatment at home and abroad as well as the factors that influence its further development. The main task in the treatment of cleft palate and the exploration of the suitable treatment protocol in China are also significant to improve the treatment level of cleft palate.
