老年人脑血管病后遗症期褥疮临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析正确的临床护理对老年人脑血管后遗症期褥疮康复的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将入住我院接受治疗的院外患脑血管后遗症期褥疮100例老年患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各50人。实验组采用一般护理与心理护理、饮食护理相结合的护理方案,对照组采用单一的简单护理方案。结果两组在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期褥疮愈合率无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正确的临床护理有利于老年人脑血管后遗症期褥疮的愈合。Objective To investigate and analyze the correct clinical care for the elderly and cerebrovascular sequelae bedsores effec- tiveness of rehabilitation. Methods 100 elderly patients with cerebrovascular sequelae bedsores were divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. Experimental group used the general care and psychological care and diet nursing care pro- gram. The control group took a single simple treatment method. Results The two groups in stage I and II of pressure ulcers healed had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and the experimental group stage III and IV of healing rate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusion The correct clinical care for the elderly seauelae of cerebrovascular bedsores has a significant effect, and is worthy of Promotion.
