摘 要:目的探讨淫羊藿苷对精索静脉曲张模型大鼠附睾氧化应激水平的影响。方法将40只青春期雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、实验性精索静脉曲张(EV)组、淫羊藿苷(ICA)组。EV模型的建立采用左肾静脉部分结扎法。ICA组给予淫羊蕾苷治疗。HE染色观察各组大鼠附睾显微结构变化;比色法测定附睾组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与对照组比较,EV组大鼠附睾SOD活力和GSH-Px活力显著下降(P均<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05);与EV组比较,ICA组大鼠附睾组织SOD活力和GSH-Px活力显著升高(P均<0.05),MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。EV组附睾显微结构明显异常,ICA组附睾上皮显微结构损害明显减轻。结论淫羊藿苷可拮抗精索静脉曲张所致的氧化应激损伤。Objective It is to explore the effects of icariin on the epididymal oxidative stress level of varicocele-induced rats.Methods 40 adolescent male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,experimental varicocele (EV) group,icariin (ICA) therapy group.Experimental varicocele models were established by partial ligation of left renal vein.The rats in the ICA group were lavaged with icariin.HE stain was used to observe the microstructure changes in the epididymal tissue.The level of Glutathione peroxidase (SOD),Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),and Malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration were measured by Colorimetry.Results Compared with the control group,the EV group showed a significant decrease in SOD and GSH-Px activity and a marked increase in the MDA concentration (P < 0.05).But,the ICA group exhibited a significantly higher SOD and GSH-Px activity and lower MDA concentration than the EV group (P < 0.05).The ultrastructure of epididymis was obviously abnormity in EV group.Compared with the EV group,the damage of the epididymal microstructure significantly alleviated in ICA group.Conclusion Icariin can inhibit the oxidative stress damage induced by varicocele.
