摘  要:教育与生俱来的服务属性决定地方高校服务职能的凸显,服务转型是地方高校内涵式发展的本质要求与基本方向,地方高校要主动应对服务区域经济社会所面临的来自主客观层面的种种困难与问题,调整办学职能,并在办学理念、办学定位、人才培养模式、学科专业结构、师资队伍建设、内部管理体制等方面始终围绕区域经济社会发展需要实现自身的服务转型与内涵式发展。The service-oriented nature of regional education requires colleges and universities to serve local economy. This service-oriented transition of local colleges and universities is both the the essential requirements and basic direction to achieve their connotative development. Local colleges and universities need to have a clear understanding of the difficulties and problems that they face subjectively and objectively. They also need to actively engage in the transition to offer better service to promote local economic and social development in terms of adjusting the function of running the school, updating the theory of school management, better positioning the school, restructuring the academic disciplines, reforming the personnel training mode, and straightening the internal management system.
