摘　　要：目标管理是现代化医院管理的重要方法之一。结合医院目标管理的实践,系统介绍了医院目标管理的设定原则、体系构成、考核形式、结果评价等内容,客观回顾了医院目标管理取得成绩,并阐述了对目标管理工作的体会及思考,旨在为综合性医院实施目标管理及持续改进提供参考。Management by objective is a kind of adaptive management objectives of modern hospital management.Through the practice of management by objective,the design principle,system construction,examination form and result appraisal are introduced,hospital objective management is reviewed objectively,and the practice and thinking of management by objective is explicated to provide reference for the management by objective and continuous improvement of the comprehensive hospital.
