社会情境中的干细胞伦理争议与处理——以“黄禹锡事件”为例

摘　　要：伦理问题一直是干细胞研究备受争议的关键问题,影响着各国政府和相关国际组织干细胞法律、政策、规范。但在具体的社会情境中,伦理问题受到多种利益的干扰。"黄禹锡事件"中社会态度的转变和事态的演变,特别好地阐释了这个问题。通过对事件过程和事件各方的分析可以发现,干细胞研究始终处于伦理观念尺度和事实价值选择尺度的共同作用和互相牵扯之下,无论是社会还是个人,当需要做出决定时,都会基于具体的社会情景和自身的实际需求,而做出某种具有倾向性的选择。The ethical issue is always the key problem of stem cell research,which affects the law,policies and norm of stem cell research of the governments and relevant international organizations. But in the specific social context, ethical issue is affected by a variety of interests. The transformation of social attitude and the evolution of the situation of the Hwang Woo-Suk case can illustrate this problem very well. Through analyzing the processes of the case,we can find that stem cell research is always under the conflict of stem cell research between social ethic ideal, and the conflict of actual demand of achievements of stem cell research between social values. Whether society or individual, when needs to make a decision,it will make a tendentious choice based on the specific context and its own practical need.
