摘  要:普光气田生产的天然气高含 H2 S(13%~18%)和CO2(8%~10%),输送介质对站场及管道的腐蚀问题严重。从设计、选材、内外防腐、腐蚀监测、控制保护等多方面进行研究,通过建立整套腐蚀监测控制体系,采用腐蚀挂片、电阻探针、线性极化探针、智能检测、电指纹检测及站场水离子分析、缓蚀剂残余浓度分析、清管残余物分析和集气站场管道开口检测等技术手段,加强了分析管理,增强了现场设备、管道腐蚀与防护工作的反应机制,确保气田的安全平稳可控进行。The natural gas produced in Puguang Gas Field contains high H2 S(13%-18%)and CO2(8%-10%),so corrosion of transportation medium on the station and pipelines is serious.This paper carries out a research from the aspects of design,material selection,internal and external corrosion protection,corrosion monitoring,and control and protection.Through establishing a complete set of corrosion monitoring and control system and adopting corrosion coupons,electrical resistance probes,linear polarization probes,intelligent detection,electronic fingerprints detection together with such technical means as station water ion analysis,residual concentration of corrosion inhibitor analysis,clear tube residue analysis and opening detection of the pipelines at the gas gathering stations,the analysis and management are strengthened and the reaction mechanism of site equipment,pipeline corrosion and protection work are enhanced,which ensures the controllable safe and stable operation of the gas field.
