摘　　要：适度诊疗不仅是一种经济行为,更是一种人文态度。适度诊疗模型的核心思想是:在尊重生命价值和生命尊严,平衡技术理性和技术德行的基础上,通过患者感知和医疗供给的互动管理,实施对医疗服务边界的合理控制,以保证在当前有限的医疗资源状态下实现惠及全民的、高效率的医疗保障。Proper diagnosis and treatment is not only an economic behavior, but a humanistic attitude. The core idea of proper diagnosis and treatment is：to conduct reasonable control of medical service border on the basis of showing respect to value and dignity of life, and of achieving balance between sense and morality of technology,by means of the interactional management between patient sensibility and medical support,so as to guarantee the realization of highly effective universal medical care assurance under the current condition of limited medical source.
