摘　　要：文章详细分析了淮安市城镇职工医保、城镇居民医保支付方式,着重研究了淮安市城镇职工医保基金运行情况,并抽取淮安市三级医疗机构、二级医疗机构各一所,深入研究淮安市城镇职工医保、城镇居民医保基金购买医疗服务的支付方式控费现状。This article analyzed the method of payment of urban employees＇ medical insurance and urban residents＇ medical insurance ,focused on the operation of medical insurance fund of urban employees＇ medical insurance in Huaian city. Through selected one three-level medical institutions and one secondary medical institutions,the article studied the current situation of controlling fees of medieal insurance fund of urban employees＇ medical insurance and urban residents＇ medical insurance purchasing health services.
