摘　　要：本文提出双极型晶体管是一种电荷控制器件并提出其电荷控制参数的概念;建立描述晶体管内部物理过程的微分方程;与外电路的基尔霍夫定律结合,导出各种基本晶体管宽带放大器的传递函数、输入和输出阻抗的解析表示,作为应用Bode反馈理论来设计宽带反馈放大器的基础。In this paper,the idea that bipolar transistors are charge controldevices is advanced and their charge control parameters are defined.Thebroadband transfer functions, input and output impedances of variousbasic transistor amplifiers are derived analytically from establishing thedifferential equations which describe the physical process in the innertransistor and combining with Kirchhoff's law in the external circuits.They can be as the bisis of designing broadband feedback amplifierswhen the Bode's feedback theory is applied.
