摘 要:目的:研究RNPC1基因在白血病、淋巴瘤等恶性血液病患者中的表达水平及其在恶性血液病发生、发展中的意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)法检测32例难治的白血病、淋巴瘤患者和10例健康者骨髓单个核细胞中RNPC1 mRNA水平的表达。采用χ2检验、四格表的确切概率法进行统计分析,比较各组RNPC1基因阳性率的差异。结果:RNPC1基因在恶性血液病患者中有较高水平的表达,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。白血病组与淋巴瘤组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RNPC1基因过度表达在恶性血液病的发病机制中起重要的作用。Objective: To study the expression and significance of the RNPC1 in patients with acute leukemia, lymphoma and other hematological malignancies. Methods: The expression of RNPC1 gene in 32 patients with leukemia and lymphoma and 10 cases of healthy as control was measured by relative quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), then the results were measured by χ2-test and Fisher’s exact test to compare expression positive rate and intensity of RNPC1. Results: Among 32 patients, twenty-nine had the high expression of RNPC1 gene(90.6%). The expression level of RNPC1 gene in patients was higher than that of health controls(P&lt;0.05). There was no statistical significance between the leukemia group and lymphoma group(P&gt;0.05). Conclusion: The expression of RNPC1 gene plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hematological maligancy.
