摘　　要：目的:研究RNPC1基因在白血病、淋巴瘤等恶性血液病患者中的表达水平及其在恶性血液病发生、发展中的意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)法检测32例难治的白血病、淋巴瘤患者和10例健康者骨髓单个核细胞中RNPC1 mRNA水平的表达。采用χ2检验、四格表的确切概率法进行统计分析,比较各组RNPC1基因阳性率的差异。结果:RNPC1基因在恶性血液病患者中有较高水平的表达,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。白血病组与淋巴瘤组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RNPC1基因过度表达在恶性血液病的发病机制中起重要的作用。Objective： To study the expression and significance of the RNPC1 in patients with acute leukemia, lymphoma and other hematological malignancies. Methods： The expression of RNPC1 gene in 32 patients with leukemia and lymphoma and 10 cases of healthy as control was measured by relative quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）, then the results were measured by χ2-test and Fisher’s exact test to compare expression positive rate and intensity of RNPC1. Results： Among 32 patients, twenty-nine had the high expression of RNPC1 gene（90.6%）. The expression level of RNPC1 gene in patients was higher than that of health controls（P＆lt;0.05）. There was no statistical significance between the leukemia group and lymphoma group（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of RNPC1 gene plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hematological maligancy.
