摘　　要：文章在总结美国政府面向电子治理的信息技术应用情况的基础上,归纳政府信息技术应用的影响因素,从而提出我国应分别从加强社交工具应用、发展移动政务、完善信息基础设施建设、构建信息技术研发机制、提高信息技术接受能力等方面完善政府信息技术应用,以期提高我国电子治理效果。Based on summarized situations of U.S. government information technology application for electronic governance, this paper concludes the influence the factors of government information technology application. Then it puts forward we should perfect government information technology from five aspects respectively, including the emphasis of social tools application, the development of mobile e - government, the improvement of information infrastructure, the building of system about information technology research and development, the raise of the ability of accept informationl technology in order to improve the effect of electronic governance in China.
