摘　　要：移动学习因其使用环境的多样性和便携性被称为下一代的学习方式,是企业教育领域未来发展的重要方向。本文基于生态系统理论,分析研究了企业大学移动学习生态系统的构成要素,剖析了目前企业大学移动学习中存在的问题,研究了企业大学构建移动学习生态系统的路径和策略,为企业大学开展移动学习提供了具体思路和解决方法。Mobile learning is regarded as the next generation learning for its convince. Carrying mobile learning is the trend for r corporate university training. From ecosystem viewpoint, this paper has analyzed the key factors for corporate university mobile Learning ecosystem, studied the problems which lied in mobile learning. Based on Ecosystem system theory, the routines and measures to construct Corporate university mobile Learning Ecosystem have been studied, some suggestion also has been put out.
