摘 要:磁性纤维含量是磁性面料表面磁场强度和面料成本的决定因素,也可能对面料的服用性能产生一定的影响。采用实验的方法对由磁性纤维和非磁性纤维按不同比例织造而成的常用针织磁性面料的服用性能进行研究,分别测试面料的力学性能、抗起毛起球性、尺寸稳定性、透湿性等。结果表明:随着磁性纤维含量的增加,面料的断裂强力和顶破强力减小,抗起毛起球性减弱,透湿性变差;而织物的弯曲性、悬垂性、尺寸稳定性没有显著变化。While being the determinate element of both the surface magnetic field intensity and the economic cost of the magnetic fabric, the content of magnetic fiber probably has certain influence on its wearability. Experimental method has been adopted to investigate the wearability of the knitted magnetic fabrics that were woven of magnetic fiber and non-magnetic fiber at different proportions. The mechanical property, pilling resistance, dimensional stability, moisture permeability and other properties of the magnetic fabrics have been tested. The results of this study shows that as the proportion of magnetic fiber in the magnetic fabric increases, the breaking strength, bursting strength, pilling resistance, and moisture permeability decrease, while little change is observed in bending property, drapability and dimension stability.
