摘　　要：在酶法合成头孢西丁的研究中设计出一种新的7α-甲氧基头孢菌素中间体:7-β-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯亚甲基)-氨基-2-头孢烯-2-(γ-丁内酯)(化合物c)及其合成方法。化合物c经过氧化、加成、脱保护反应得到新化合物f(7-β-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯亚甲基氨基)-7α-甲氧基-2-头孢烯-2-(γ-丁内酯))。将此化合物经过结构改造即可得到一系列7α-甲氧基头孢菌素药物。由此法生产头孢西丁、头孢美唑、头孢米诺等甲氧头孢菌素药物可大幅度降低成本。A new design in the course of the study of the enzymatic synthesis of cefoxitin 7α-methoxy cephalosporins intermediates and their synthetic methods, the new compounds f obtained by this method for the 7α-methoxy cephalosporium factors of industrial production to provide a very low-cost intermediate, and thus it may be greatly reduce the production cost of such a cephalosporin drugs.
