摘　　要：在对电力系统配网自动化运维专业人才需求调研的基础上,探讨该专业新入职员工岗位要求。以配电自动化技术发展为主线,从培训体系的定位、培训实施的理念、策略、培训结构设计、培训体系评价等方面研究专业培训体系的构建,提出增强培训效果的措施。In order to meet the vocational technician demand of distribution automation operation and maintenance major, a re- search about professional skill need is carried out in - depth, the position requirements for the new recruits are discussed. With the de- velopment of distribution automation technology as the main line, the construction of professional training system is studied from the im- plementation of localization, training system concept, training strategy, structure design, training system evaluation. The measures to improve training effect are also put forward.
