云南边疆高校学生工作中大学生公民教育存在问题及根源分析

摘　　要：公民教育是政治文明建设的内在要求,高校是开展公民教育的重要阵地,学生工作是践行学生公民教育的关键平台之一。云南边疆高校学生工作中公民教育实践存在重视程度不够、层次低、流于形式等问题。缺乏公民教育计划、经济文化发展滞后、民族伦理和民族文化的制约等是导致云南边疆高校学生工作中公民教育实效性不强的重要因素。加强师资队伍建设、尊重少数民族大学生传统风俗习惯和信仰、充分重视大学生公民教育并构建公民教育体系是对云南边疆高校的客观要求。The citizenship education is the inherent requirement of the construction of political civilization.Colleges are important bases of implementing citizenship education and student work is one of the key platforms for practice of citizenship education.There are some problems in citizenship education practice in Yunnan frontier college student work such as pay attention not enough,low lev-els and formality.Lack of citizenship education programs,economic and cultural development lags be-hind,control of ethical and cultural is an important factor that leads to the effectiveness of citizenship education is not strong in Yunnan frontier college.Yunnan frontier college must strengthen the con-struction of teachers,respect the traditional customs and beliefs of minority students,put full atten-tion to students citizenship education and construct citizenship education system.
