西部地方师范院校学生兼职现状调查研究——以陇南师范高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：兼职是地方师范院校学生减轻负担,增加社会实践经验,提高能力的一种基本途径。运用问卷调查和访谈的方式对陇南师范高等专科学校学生兼职情况进行研究,从调查结果中分析出地方师范院校学生兼职存在的问题;从学校、学生和政府三个方面提出解决西部地方师范院校学生兼职问题的策略和建议。Part-time is way the local normal colleges and universities students in Western to reduce burden, increase social practice experience, improve ability. The paper carry on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to the Longnan normal college students and the teacher, in order to thorough understanding the local normal colleges students＇ part-time,from the survey analysis the students in western local normal colleges and universities part-time existing problems,puts forward the strategy and Suggestions to the school, the students, and the government resolve the western local normal colleges and universities students part-time problem.
