摘　　要：随着网络社会的发展,以网络为载体的新型谣言——网络谣言应运而生。网络谣言具有不同于传统谣言的鲜明特点,这也导致其产生原因的特殊性。为了适应新的社会环境,遏制网络谣言的产生、传播,以政府为主导的各种社会力量应该齐头并进,实现对网络谣言的多元化治理,建设和谐网络社会。With the development of the Internet, a new type of a rumor which is set the web as a carrier-internet rumor emerges. Internet rumor has some distinctive characteristics different from traditional ones, which leads particularity of its reasons. In order to adapt the new environment and containment its produce, spread, all kinds of social forces led by governments should advance side by side, realize the pluralistic governance to the Internet rumor and build a harmonious internet society.
