师范类高校经济学专业毕业生就业现状与改善对策研究——以信阳师范学院为例

摘　　要：调查发现,经济学本科生就业水平低存在诸多原因:学生普遍对于就业所在地选择过于苛刻;就业观念较为陈旧;有自主创业意向的学生普遍缺乏对创业现实境况的认知;专业资格证书持有率低。可通过完善培养模式,切实提高学生专业技能,协助学生进行正确的自我评估与定位解决这些问题。The survey and analysis indicates that there are many reasons accounting for the low employment rate, such as graduates are too demanding for the employment destination; employment concept is out -dated; the students wanting to be self - employed know little about the reality; few enjoy professional certificate. It can be solved through perfecting cul- tivation mode, improving professional skills of students, helping them having self - assessment and orientation directedly.
