血清CA199、CEA及CA242在胰腺癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨CA199、CEA和CA2424种肿瘤标志物单独检测或联合检测在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:检测我院2005年1月～2012年10月期间收治的96例胰腺癌患者、133例胰腺炎患者和1300例健康体检者血清中CA199、CEA和CA242水平。结果:胰腺癌患者血清中CA199、CEA和CA242水平明显高于胰腺炎及正常对照组(P<0.05)。单项检测中血清CA199的敏感性最高,达94.6%,而联合检测CA199+CEA+CA242的特异性最高,达98.9%。结论:单项检测CA199可以提高胰腺癌诊断的敏感性,联合检测CA199+CEA+CA242可以提高胰腺癌诊断的特异性。Objective：To explore the values of CA199,CEA,and CA242 single or combined detection on clinical diagnosis for patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods：Serum tumor markers CA199,CEA,and CA242 of 96 patients with pancreatic cancer ,133 patients with pancreatitis,and 1400 health examinates as the control group .Results：The levels of CA199,CEA,and CA242 in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with pancreatitis and the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.The sensitivity of CA199 alone was the highest in the four tumor markers for the patients with pancreatic cancer （94.6%）.The specificity of combined detection of CA 199＋CEA ＋CA242 was the highest（98.9%）.Conclusion：Single detection of CA199 could improve the diagnostic sensitivity ,and com-bined detection of tumor markers CA 199 ＋CEA ＋CA242 could improve the diagnostic specificity .
