摘 要:溶血磷脂酸(LPA)被提出可以作为一种缺血性心脑血管病发生的预警因子已经走过了10年的历史,成绩斐然,但也疑虑丛生。至今,对LPA的研究已经远远超出了其预警心脑血管病的范围。本文简单回顾了LPA的研究历史、生化特征及生物学效应,并对其以后在缺血性心脑血管病中的研究方向进行了展望。Lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) that was proposed as an early warning factors for ischemic heart and cerebrovascular disease occurrence has gone through 10 years of history, a lot of achievements were achieved, but there are also many doubts. So far, studies on the LPA have been far beyond the scope of its early warning on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. The study history, biochemical characteristics and biological effects of LPA were given a brief review in this article, and the research direction of LPA in ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease was given a prospect.
