摘  要:目的:培养适合当代社会需求的理工医结合的复合型医学影像技术人才,优化教学和实践技能培训体系,改革教学模式。材料与方法:调查徐州医学院2003级、2004级和2005级五年制医学影像技术专业毕业生的就业情况,了解各用人单位对毕业生综合能力的评价,以及对该专业毕业生应具备的知识技能需求。结果:该专业的毕业生基本专业素质良好,但科研创新能力稍欠缺,且知识更新速度稍显滞后。结论:与该专业就业需求相适应的教学模式改革十分必要。Purpose: To train inter-disciplinary talents majoring in medical imaging technology, who are versed in the fields of engineering and medicine in order to meet the growing demands of the current society, this research aims to optimize the systems of education and practical skills training, and innovate the models of instruction. Materials and Methods : This study conducted an investigation of the employment of the graduates ( Year 2003, Year 2004 and Year 2005 students) who had received five-year education on medical imaging technology at Xuzhou Medical College, with an intention to consult the em- ployers for the information about their appraisement of the graduates comprehensive competence and their requirements for knowledge and skills, which the students of medical imaging technology were supposed to acquire. Results: The study shows that although the graduates possess a solid foundation of professional knowledge and proficient skills, they need more engage- ment in scientific research and update of their professional knowledge. Conclusion : It is requisite to reform the models of in- struction to adapt the students specializing in medical imaging technology to meet the employment demands.
