摘　　要：目的　观察白细胞介素 1受体拮抗剂 (IL 1ra)与IL 1β对人牙周膜成纤维细胞 (HPLF)骨钙素分泌的影响。方法　采用骨钙素放射免疫测定法。结果　经IL 1β单独作用的HPLF的骨钙素浓度与对照组相比有显著性差异 ;一定浓度的IL 1ra与IL 1β共同作用HPLF后 ,骨钙素浓度比单独IL 1β作用组的低。结论　IL 1ra能竞争性地抑制IL 1β的生物学活性 。Objective This study was conducted to investigate the regulated effects of IL 1ra (interleukin 1 receptor antagonist,IL 1ra) on osteocalcin secretion of HPLF(Human Periodontal Ligamental Fibroblasts). Methods By using of radio immunoassay. Results The osteocalcin secretion of HPLF after treatment with IL 1β was much more than the control groups.When the HPLF were treated with the combination of IL 1ra and IL 1β,the osteocalcin secretion was lower than the group of only IL 1β. Conclusion IL 1ra can inhibits the binding of IL 1 to receptors and suppresses the biological action of IL 1.
