上颌骨LeFortI型截骨术式应用及并发症的探讨

摘　　要：目的　对全上颌骨水平向骨切开术 (totalhorizontalmaxillaryosteotomy)即上颌骨LeFortI型截骨术的不同术式、对术中及术后可能出现的并发症进行探讨。方法　对 5 3例先天发育、外伤等原因造成的颌骨畸形 ,行单颌或双颌同期上颌骨LeFortI型截骨。结果　术中无异常骨裂 ,牙体 ,牙髓损伤等并发症 ,有 2 0例未输血 ,避免了输血并发症。所有病例术后功能与外形均获得了满意的效果。结论　根据不同的病人 ,上颌骨LeFortI型截骨术式可稍有改变 ,术前应充分估计术中及术后的各种并发症 ,并制订相应预防措施 。Objective To study manners and complications of total horizontal maxillary osteotomy(LeFort I osteotomy). Methods 53 cases that suffered from congenital and traumatic maxillary deformity were carried out by monomaxillary or bimaxillary LeFort I osteotomy. Results Osteomiosises,damages of tooth and dental pulp had not taken place in these operations,20 cases were not transfused in the operations,avoiding relevant. Conclusion The manner of LeFort I osteotomy could be modified according to different cases.To estimate the difficultes in operations could avoid the complications.
