摘  要:该文于2010年5月—2011年3月对惠州西湖生态修复区和未修复区的浮游植物功能类群进行了调查。结果表明:修复区和未修复区浮游植物功能类群共计21个,其中修复区R1和R2分别有20个和21个,未修复区UR有18个。在修复区,以适应生长在清水态、较低营养盐水平的浮游植物优势功能类群为主,而在未修复区以适应生长在浑水态、较高营养盐水平的功能类群为主;冗余分析(RDA)结果表明适应生长在清水态、较低营养盐水平的浮游植物优势功能类群与沉水植物呈正相关关系,而与总氮、总磷呈负相关关系;相反,适应生长在浑水态、较高营养盐水平的浮游植物优势功能类群与沉水植物呈负相关关系,而与总氮、总磷呈正相关关系。因此营养盐的降低和沉水植物的出现是影响浮游植物功能类群发生改变的主要环境因子。The present study investigated the phytoplankton functional goups of the two restored basins dominated by submerged macrophytes and one unrestored basin, dominated by phytoplankton during the period from May 2010 to March 2011 in Huizhou West Lake, a tropical eutrophic shallow lake. 20 and 21 phytoplankton functional groups were identified in th restored R1 and R2 basins respectively, while 18 phytoplankton functional groups were identified in the unrestored (UR) basin. Those phytoplankton functional groups which adapted to grow in clear and low-nutrient waters dominated in the restored basins, the unrestored site by groups of turbid and high-nutrient waters. Redundancy analyses (RDA) indicated that submerged macrophytes, total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) were the first important factors for structuring phytoplankton functional groups. The presence of submerged macrophytes correlated positively with biomass of those phytoplankton functional groups of clear and low-nutrient waters, but TN and TP had a negative relationship with those groups.
