摘　　要：目的评价自制X线造影剂碘化油的体外物理特性、细胞毒性及体内显影效果,并与同种进口产品作比较。方法采用碘加成及酯交换反应制备碘化油,并考察其酯交换反应的转化率;根据2010版《中国药典》检测自制碘化油和进口产品的碘含量及游离碘,并比较两者的黏度;MTT法考察自制碘化油与进口碘化油对大鼠正常肝细胞相对增殖率的影响;行体内腹部CT增强扫描,观察及比较两者的增强显影效果。结果自制与进口碘化油均符合《中国药典》的要求,两者的体外性能、细胞毒性及造影效果相似。结论自制碘化油与进口碘化油的性能无显著性差异。Objective To investigate the in vitro characteristics, cytotoxicity and in vivo contrast enhancement effect of self-made iodinated oil used as X-ray contrast agent, compared with an imported product. Methods Iodine addition reaction and transesterification reaction were employed to prepare the iodinated oil. The conversion rate of transesterification reaction was calculated. And the iodine content and the free iodine were detected according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia Edition 2010. The viscosity was compared by Brookfield viscometer. MTT method was used to evaluate the toxic effect of iodinated oil against the BRL mouse liver cells. And the enhancement effect in vivo was observed in CT. Results The self-made iodinated oil showed equivalent characteristics of iodine content, free iodine and viscosity as the imported one and met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. No significant cytotoxicity between the self-made and imported iodinated oil against BRL was observed. The enhancement effects of self-made iodinated oil was similar with the imported product. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the characteristics between self-made iodinated oil and the imported one.
