摘　　要：疗养院组建团队疗养服务管理小组,在对疗养员进行责任制整体护理的基础上,实行团队专业疗养指导模式,由多学科专业人员对其进行相应的健康管理。这种"团队管理"服务模式,提高疗养内涵质量,促进疗养员的身心健康,提高疗养服务满意度。本文探讨军队疗养院康复疗养服务新模式,以提升疗养服务保障水平,对新时期军队疗养院内涵质量建设有指导意义。Team nursing service management model was applied in the sanatorium , thus we can provide specialty nursing care of convalescents , and a team of multi -disciplines professional will provide health manage-ment.This “team management” service mode has improved the nursing quality , promoted the physical and mental health level of the patients , improved nursing service satisfaction .In this paper , this new service model was dis-cussed .
