摘　　要：临床营养学是现代营养学和现代医学的重要组成部分,在现代医学综合性治疗中是不可缺少、也是不可替代的一门学科。营养科作为临床营养实施的具体执行部门,其专业队伍建设和临床技能水平直接关系到临床营养工作的开展,关系到营养治疗的效果。因此加快营养学科建设,加强人才队伍培养、提高营养医师的临床技能水平、推进多学科合作发展,提升不同专业的医疗水平,是今后营养科发展的方向和目标,也是综合性医院提升整体医疗水平要求所在。Clinical Nutrition is an important part of modern nutrition and modern medicine , comprehensive treatment in modern medicine is an indispensable and irreplaceable discipline .As implementing clinical nutrition service department , the professional and clinical skills of nutrition department will affect the service quality .So we should speed up the nutritional disciplines development , strengthen personnel cultivation , improve the service skill of the nutrition physician , promote the multi-disciplinary cooperation , enhance professional service level .
