摘　　要：实训基地是高职高专实现高技能人才培养的重要平台,也是实现高等教育专业培养目标的重要保证。通过对亳州师专电工电子实训中心的建设与管理问题进行了探讨,提出了实训中心的建设思路和建设方案。Practice base is an important platform for vocational college to realize the high - skilled talents＇ cultiva- tion, and also guarantees achieve higher education professional training objectives. In this paper, we discussed the problem in construction and management of electrical and electronic training center of Bozhou Teachers College, and put forward to the construction process and scheme in the training center.
