摘　　要：通过对河北医科大学大型精密仪器设备现状,如设备的运行情况、闲置情况、设备利用率等方面的剖析和影响高等院校大型精密仪器设备发挥效益因素,如管理体制与运行机制、实验技术队伍、管理手段等环节的分析,提出了从导向机制、激励机制、运行机制、"增收"机制等方面应采取的相应的改革措施。By analyzing of the large precise instrument status quo （ such as, operation of equipment, idle conditions, utilization rate of equipment, etc. ） of Hebei Medical University and factors affecting the large precise instrument effectiveness （for instance, management system and operation mecha- nism, experimental and technical team, management means, etc. ） in colleges and universities, put forward the corresponding reform measures that should be taken in the guide mechanism, incentive mechanism, operation mechanism, the mechanism of ＂ income＂, etc.
