福州市某干休所老干部抑郁现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州市某干休所老干部的抑郁状况与影响抑郁的相关因素。方法应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对福州市某干休所60岁以上的老干部进行调查。结果 255名老干部无抑郁50人(19.61%),轻度抑郁141人(55.29%),中度抑郁64人(25.10%),无重度抑郁,抑郁总发生率为80.39%。抑郁症状的发生与年龄、受教育程度、健康状况、退休前的职业、月收入水平等因素有关。结论福州市某干休所老干部抑郁症状检出率较高,受多方面因素影响,应引起社会及家人的关注,并注意加强老干部精神卫生服务,提高养老机构服务质量。Objective To understand the depression and related factors among veteran cadres in a retired cadres retreat in Fuzhou city. Methods A self-made questionnaire of ordinary situation and ZUNG＇s depression self rating scale （SDS） were applied to investigate veteran cadres aged 60 or above in a retired cadres retreat in Fuzhou city. Results Among 255 veteran cadres,50 （19.61%） were without depression,141 （55. 29%） were mild depression,and 64 （25. 10%） were moderate depression. The incidence of depression was 80.39%. Age, education level, health condition, career before retire- ment and income level were factors influencing the depression among veteran cadres. Conclusion The detection rate of depression in veteran cadres is high,influenced by many factors. This phenomenon should be paid attention to by society and family. The psychological health services for veteran cadres should be strengthened,and the service quality of old-age care institutions should be raised.
