摘 要:汽车在不同车速下,驾驶员对电动助力转向系统(EPS)有着不同的助力需求。车速感应系数体现了车速与助力的关系,并直接影响助力曲线的设计。结合未装配EPS时的实验数据,求取若干车速下的车速感应系数值,然后用曲线拟合工具cftool,求出全车速范围的车速感应系数公式及其曲线。并在ADAMS/CAR中建立了整车模型,通过与MATALB的联合仿真,比较装配EPS前后的实验数据。结果表明:整车转向轻便性、回正性能及转向灵敏度都有很大的提高,验证了车速感应系数设计的合理性。The car driver requires different assistance of electric power steering (EP5) while vehicle running at (11I- ferent speeds. The speed correlation coefficient reflects the relationship between the speed and the assistance, and af- fects the design of EPS assistantance curve. The speed correlation coefficient at several speeds is evaluated, and the formula of speed correlation coefficient is computed by using the cftool. The model of vehicle was firstly constructed based n the ADAMS/CAR, and the comparison between the experiment curves of vehicle with and without EPS are also carried out by using the co-simulation of MATLAB. The result showed that the minivan's portability, return abili- ty and transient response are all improved and the rationality of the speed correlation coefficient design are verified.
