摘　　要：结合汽车底盘研发领域的应用实例,分析了田口方法的基本原理、使用途径、质量/成本评价方法,探讨了田口方法在汽车/零部件技术研发、质量提升、制造过程控制领域的应用及前景。分析发现,田口方法思路简洁,可复制性强,效果卓著,有助于实现技术、工艺创新,提升产品质量稳健性,降低成本。We believe that the Taguchi method is an ideal way to improve the quality of automobile and promote its technological innovation. Considering the application of the Taguchi method to automobile chassis, we analyze the basic principles, usage and the quality/cost evaluation methods of the Taguchi method. The analysis results show that the Taguchi method is simple to use, reproducible and effective and that its application to the automobile indus- try can help to promote technical innovation, improve the quality of automobile and lower its costs.
