摘 要:介绍了仪表板刚度设计要求及验证方法,依据该要求及方法对某车型仪表板刚度问题进行具体分析并制定改善方案。分析过程表明:温度对单层硬塑类仪表板刚度影响显著,在结构设计过程中要重点注意。最终通过改善方案的实施和验证,仪表板刚度达到设计要求。The instrument panel stiffness design requirements and test method were introduced. According to the requirements and meth- ods of stiffness, a car dashboard stiffness was analyzed and the improvement plan was made. Analysis shows that temperature of hard plastic instrument panel has an significant influence on stiffness, which should be paid attention in the designing course. Finally through improving the implementation and validation scheme, the instrument panel stiffness is met the design requirements.
