摘　　要：随着高等职业教育改革的深入开展,职业教育人才培养模式的构建已成为高职院校改革与发展中面临的重大课题。文中结合物流系多年来教学改革实践,探讨了"工学结合"人才培养模式的创建。In the wake of developments in higher vocational education, the building of vocational education personnel training model has become a vital question that higher vocational schools improvement and development is faced with.The paper combine improvement of teaching practice of our institute logistics department for many years, discuss and build“cooperation of working with learning”training model.
