摘  要:从本科生实验教学角度出发,针对目前仪器分析教学中的色谱分析实验未涉及前处理技术的问题,以水为基质,七种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAES)为研究对象,结合气相色谱质谱联用仪,考察并优化了影响样品前处理效果的主要因素和条件,对液液萃取、液相微萃取和固相萃取三种常用的色谱前处理技术的萃取效率以及特点进行了比较研究。开发出了一种适合于本科生色谱分析实验教学方法,弥补了当前色谱分析实验教学中的不足。结果表明:此方法还可以用于公共仪器平台中科研用户的仪器操作培训,使学生深入掌握色谱前处理技术和仪器操作水平,培养了学生理论联系实际和主动创新的能力。In this article,three Chromatography pretreatment methods which are liquid-liquid extraction,liquid-phase micro extraction and solid-phase extraction,are studied comparatively.The research was based on circumstances of the current undergraduate experimental teaching,and the pretreatment technology was excluded.We investigated main factors which influence the effect of sample pre-treatment deploying seven kinds of phthalic acid esters (PAES) in the water.Experiment conditions were optimized,and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was employed.A suitable experiment-teaching method of chromatography was developed for undergraduates,to make up for the current shortage of chromatographic analysis.It was indicated that:this method can be widely used to train scientific users for instrument operation in open instrumental lab.The result verified that this method can enable students to grasp the pretreatment technology,level up the operation of GC-MS chromatography,improve the ability of linking theory with practice and cultivate the innovation motion.
