摘　　要：语音实验室是高校语言教学的重要基础性设施,是高校进行语言教学的重要载体和平台,只有深化规范的标准化语音实验室管理,才能减少语音实验室的管理成本,实现在教学中充分发挥语音实验室功能的目标,语音实验室的标准化管理对高校外语教学的改革发展具有重要意义。对语音实验室施行组织管理、人员操作规程标准化、实施日常保障及设备技术管理的标准化。实践证明:标准化管理使现代化教学的优越性能和特点在外语教学中充分显示,更好地优化外语学习平台,使高校外语教学水平不断登上新台阶。Phonetics laboratory is an important basic facility for the language teaching in the university.It is an important supporter and platform for implementing language teaching in the university.In order to bring the function for phonetics laboratory into play and to reduce the management cost of laboratory,it is necessary to deepen the standardizing management for the phonetics laboratory.It is of great important for the improvement and development of foreign language teaching in the university.The contents of standardizing management is to set up the standardization of operating rules and regulations,to fulfill the standardization for organization and management of the lab,and to carry out the standardization for the daily safeguard and the technical management of safeguard facilities.It is evidenced by practice that the advantage and distinguishing of the modernization teaching in the field of teaching effect for foreign language is fully demonstrated by way of standardizing management for phonetics laboratory.The standardizing management gives rise to plentiful and subsequential achievement in the supplementary foreign language teaching.It optimizes the platform of foreign language studying and rises the level of university foreign language teaching continuously.
