摘  要:目前饭店经营多出现资源高占用、能源高消耗、消费高浪费、经营高污染等非生态化的现象,实施生态化经营是消除这些不良现象的理想途径。本文结合生态文明理念的内涵,探讨了饭店业实施生态化经营的内在机理,并根据现实情况从饭店建设之初引入生态设计、发展循环经济、进行绿色采购、采用清洁生产、实施低碳管理、倡导低碳消费、加强监督管理、创建绿色示范饭店、培训员工生态知识、强化公民生态意识等十个方面探讨了饭店业实现生态化经营的途径。Nowadays, there exist the non-ecological phenomena such as high resource utilization, high energy consumption, willful waste and serious pollution in the hotel industry, and the implementation of ecological management is an ideal way to eliminate the bad phenomena. Based on the connotation of ecological civilization, the article explored the internal mechanism of ecological management and some approaches in the hotel industry such as introducing ecological design, developing recycling economy, implementing green purchase, adopting cleaner production, carrying out low carbon management, advoeating low carbon consumption, strengthening supervision and management, establishing demonstrative green hotel, training employees in ecological knowledge, and improving citizens' ecological consciousness.
