摘 要:通过对高校教学管理者、青年教师、学生的问卷调查发现,高校青年教师课堂教学整体来说是较为有效的。影响青年教师课堂有效性的因素很多,综合其影响程度从高到低分别是教师、学生、学校。也就是说,教师教得有效是决定课堂整体有效的第一要素,其次是学生积极参与,学得有效。总之,有效教学是一项系统工程,在于"学校、青年教师、学生"形成"三位一体"的联动机制,相互支持,相互配合,这样才能发挥最大合力。Through questionnaire survey to the teaching managers, young teachers and the students in colleges and univer sities, we find that classroom teaching of the young university teachers is more effective as a whole. There are many fac tors influencing the effectiveness of young teachers' classroom teaching which are divided into teachers, students and schools according the degree of influence from high to low. That is to say, the effective teaching of the teachers is the first element to determine the overall effectiveness of classroom teaching; the second is the students active participation and more effective learning. In short, the effective teaching is a systematic project, which depends on linkage mechanism of "trinity" forming by "schools, young teachers and students", mutually supporting, mutually cooperating so as to exert maximum resultant force.
