摘　　要：期刊编辑工作是一种特殊的工作,因为工作的重复性和工作成果的隐蔽性,使得编辑很容易丧失工作激情,使编辑成为一种枯燥地工作。作为期刊编辑,如何做好自己的职业生涯规划,保持工作激情,是做好期刊工作的基础。本文从编辑的职业生涯规划出发,探讨了如何保持期刊编辑的工作激情。Journal editing is a special kind of work, because of its repeatability and the concealment, the editors are very easy to lose working enthusiasm, making editing a boring work. As the journal editor, how to do his own career plan ning, keep working enthusiasm, is the foundation of the periodical work. Starting from the career planning of editing, this paper discusses how to keep the journal editors＂ working passion.
