探讨老年心内科住院患者睡眠质量的影响及护理措施

摘　　要：目的：对老年人内科住院患者睡眠质量的影响因素进行分析，并采取合理的护理方法。方法对我院2012年11月至2013年7月收治的78例老年内科住院患者进行护理，并随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各39人；其中对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行护理干预，对两组患者进行睡眠质量评估工作。结果观察组患者数值下降的情况明显优于对照组患者，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对患者进行综合护理干预，能够有效改善老年内科住院患者的睡眠质量，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective For the elderly medical inpatients analysis the influence factors of sleep quality, and adopt reasonable nursing methods. Methods in our hospital in november 2012 - november 2013 treated 78 cases of elderly hospitalized patients with medical care, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 39 people; the control of these patients were given routine nursing care, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing care intervention, on two groups of patients with sleep quality evaluation work. Results observation group patients decrease situation was better than control group patients, compared the two groups statistically significant difference （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention of patients, can effectively improve sleep quality of elderly medical inpatients, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
