健康体检人群8426例脂肪肝检出率分析

摘　　要：目的：为了探讨脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别等因素的关系。方法对益阳城区64个单位8426例干职工进行健康体检、B 超及实验室检测等调查。结果益阳城区被检单位人群平均脂肪肝检出率为26.57%（2239/8426）；其中30岁以下组男性脂肪肝检出率为26.7%，女性为5.4%，两组比较P〈0.01（u=14.738）；31～45岁男性脂肪肝检出率为32.1%,女性为9.9%，男女比较P〈0.01（u=13.146）；45岁以上男女脂肪肝检出率剧增，且达同一水平分别为41.8%和38.3%及以上，P＆gt;0.05（χ2=1.178）；脂肪肝患者有65%的血脂显著高于非脂肪肝者P〈0.01（χ2=333.395）；脂肪肝患者70.2%alt 显著高于非脂肪肝者P〈0.01（χ2=395.104）；血糖升高者16.8%，与同期非脂肪肝体检者7.3%比较P〈0.01（χ2=21.754）。结论脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别密切相关，其检出率随年龄增长而增加，男性检出率趋向年轻化，女性脂肪肝的发生可能尚与内分泌功能紊乱有关。Objective relationship to age, gender and other factors of fatty liver. Methods the Yiyang city 64 units of 8426 cases were B ultrasound and laboratory staff health examination, inspection, investigation. Results Yiyang city, seized the unit average positive rate of fatty liver was 26.57% （2239/8426）; the group under 30 years old male fatty liver detection rate was 26.7%, female 5.4%, P＆lt;0.01 between the two groups （u=14.738）; ② 31-45 year old male fatty liver detection rate was 32.1%, 9.9% for women, men and womenP＆lt;0.01 （u=13.146）; ③ aged 45 years and the detectable rate of fatty liver increased, and reached the same level were 41.8% and 38.3% and above, P＆gt;0.05 （χ2=1.178）; the patients with fatty liver and 65% non fatty liver lipid was significantly higher than that of P＆lt;0.01 （χ2=333.395）; the fatty liver in patients with 70.2%alt were significantly higher than those in non fatty liver P＆lt;0.01 （χ2=395.104）; the blood sugar rose 16.8% over the same period, and non fatty liver people 7.3% comparison of P＆lt;0.01 （χ2=21.754）. Conclusion closely related to age, gender and fatty liver, the rate increased with age, the detection rate of men more young women, fatty liver and endocrine dysfunction may still.
