摘 要:目的:观察 Vector 牙周治疗仪治疗慢性牙周炎前后龈下菌群微生物的改变。方法选择20例慢性牙周炎患者,每位患者选取第1、4象限各1颗 PD ≥5 mm 磨牙或前磨牙为龈下菌斑位点,采集治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月时的龈下菌斑,通过定量 Pcr 技术检测样本中牙龈卟啉单胞菌、福赛坦氏菌和齿垢密螺旋体的表达量。结果治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月时牙龈卟啉单胞菌、福赛坦氏菌和齿垢密螺旋体的量均比治疗前明显下降(P <0.01)。结论 Vector 牙周治疗仪治疗慢性牙周炎能显著减少深牙周袋内牙龈卟啉单胞菌、福赛坦氏菌和齿垢密螺旋体的量。Objective the current study aimed to investigate the changes of sub-gingival bacterial in chronic periodontitis by the VectortM-system treatment. Methods a total of 20 patients were enrolled in the study. sub-gingival bacterial, the molar or premolar with PD≥5cm were selected in quadrant 1and 4, were collected of each patient with chronic periodontitis before the treatment one, three and six months later after the treatment by VectortM-system. then, three prevalence sub-gingival bacterial including porphyromonas gingivalis, tannerella forsythensis, treponema denticola were perfumed by quantitative Pcr. Result The three prevalence Sub-gingival bacterial were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Treating chronic periodontitis by VECTORTM-system can significantly reduce the amount of Pg, Tf and td of periodontal pockets.
